Premium Classic Electric Vehicles by ZeroLabs. Now every classic can be electric. ZeroLabs transforms beloved, classic, iconic cars bridging the gap between classics and electrics. The design, technology, and engineering firm of ZeroLabs takes the past and remakes it for the future. Take the original Land-Rover Series III 109 Wagon for example, completely rebuilt to include the original vehicle with factory matched vintage 1966-1977 paint and upholstery colours. Or the Ford Bronco with a complete rebuild that includes the original vehicle, with a rust protected finish, UV, stain, mold and mildew resistant, waterproof materials, removable hardtop, and surfboard roof mount. They will even work with you to create a one-of-a-kind version of the model, year, and look of your vehicle, without harming the future. As with all of ZeroLabs vehicles, they invite you to drive it for 30 days or 250 miles, and if you don’t love it, return it for a full refund. Mathieu Lehanneur’s Renault Suite No 4. A luxurious open-air hotel on wheels. The multifaceted French designer Mathieu Lehanneur collaborated with Renault last year to tweak the classic original 4L car, an icon of the 1960’s, into a luxury travel vehicle. This conceptual design is complete with transparent solar panels, polished aluminium grille, outfitted in bright yellow velvet and ribbed chenille. It has the exact same dimensions as the original 4L, however the rear panelling is replaced with polycarbonate panoramic windows that cover the sides and roof. In his own words, Lehanneur said he wanted to create a room with a view but whose view could be endlessly recreated, like the missing link between mobility and immobility, between travel and refuge. Mathieu Lehanneur Renault-4l Suite 4 Electric Concept CarConcept car Mercedes Vision AVTR. The electric car of the future shows a completely new interaction between human, machine, and nature. This groundbreaking concept car is reflective not only of the vision of the designers at Mercedes, but also was in collaboration with the AVATAR team. The vehicle embodies the vision of its designers, engineers and researchers with a contemporary, edgy reptilian look and feel. It is reminiscent of a living creature with its movement called the crab movement, meaning that it drives the front and rear axles simultaneously or in opposite ways, moving sideways by 30 degrees, much different than conventional vehicles. Each wheel can be driven separately and depending on the driving situation. Other features include a 100% recyclable organic battery that is fully re-charged in less than 15 minutes, 33 multi-directionally moveable surface elements or ‘bionic flaps’, holistic interior with colour-changing fabric inspired by the colours of the sea. These seats are made from a products called DINAMICA® leather made from recycled old clothing, flags, and PET plastic bottles. The flooring is made from the evasive roots of the Karuun (Rattan) harvested by hand in Indonesia. It has been said that as soon as you set foot in the VISION AVTR it becomes an extension of your own body. Visit mercedes-benz.com to learn more.
