Vegan Agrivilla I Pini ‘Organic Farm’ was born with this intention: to produce fruits, vegetables, cooking and healing herbs according to the principles of ‘regenerative farming’, which preserves and increases the prosperity of our earth. Hence a HORTUS brand was born, whose main features are: sustainable, seasonal, organic, vegan and handmade. Hortus is an accredited guarantee for property vegan wines, olive oil, herbs, teas and jams produced in the Organic Farm and sold within the Hotel Veg Lab.
The natural ingredients are also the source of inspiration for the completely 100% plant-based cuisine of the Hotel Restaurant, which creative, innovative Chefs offer to the Guests. A new local, organic, seasonal Tuscan proposal, where each ‘from seed to table’ product is used to prepare a Menu (from breakfast to dinner) full of delicatessen and flavours for a memorable culinary moment.
